Thank you for the report. It looks like the owner account may have been logged into after you opened this ticket. Do you know if someone else may have done so? Our procedure for ownership transfer is to attempt to make email contact with the owner to see if they are willing to transfer ownership. I realize in this case it would be a formality, but we do need to make the attempt before a transfer can be made. Would you like me to attempt to do so?
